Ask the questions that change your decision
- Who will employ and pay you?
- Where will the work happen, and is an assignment temporary or ongoing?
- Who receives the application and what information is needed now?
- Is the official advertisement consistent with the message you received?
Verify the route
Follow the organisation’s own website to its careers information. Where the arrangement is labour hire in Victoria, use the Labour Hire Authority’s licence-status tools. A recruitment agency is not automatically a labour hire provider; check the actual arrangement.
